 Phuc Minh Vo-Hanh - Criminal Homicide and Criminal Attempt- Homicide

Wanted by the Philadelphia Police Department for an April 1998 Homicide in which he shot another male inside a club. He is wanted by the PA State Police Greensburg for an Attempted Homicide in July of 1998 in which he beat an individual with a pipe.

 Robert Radhames Hererra - Criminal Homicide

Wanted by the Reading Police Department for an August 1998 drive-by shooting in which he and Isreal Mendoza (both gang members of the Latin Kings) Shot at a rival gang member, missed, killed a female bystander, and wounded a second female bystander.

 

 Israel Menodza - Criminal Homicide

Wanted By the Reading Police Department for an August 1998 drive-by shooting in which he and Robert Radhames Hererra (both gang members of the Latin Kings) shot at a rival gang member, missed, killed a female bystander, and wounded a second female bystander.

 Robert Stephen Malak - Criminal Homicde - Attempt

Wanted for the 1996 Attempted Homicide in which he stabbed his spouse following a domestic dispute.

 Jose Silva -- Criminal Homicide - LOCATED.

A death certifcate was obtained from Mexico, which confirmed Silva's death in the year 2000.

Rafael Velentin Pilarte -- Criminal Homicide

Wanted for the 1993 Homicide by use of a handgun of a victim who was riding a bicycle.

Stanley Obas -- Criminal Homicide

Wanted in the 1996 torture and killing of a 13-year old runaway female from New York.

Juan Manuel Gonzalez -- Criminal Homicide


Wanted for the August, 1996 Homicide on the streets of Reading. The victim was strangled with a rope and stabbed in the neck and chest. Gonzalez works on mushroom farms and travels back and forth to Mexico. Believed to be in the Wilamontic and North Franklin, Connecticut, and also in Louton, Tennessee. No fingerprints available.

 

Ernest Lamar Woodall -Criminal Homicde - Attempt - CAPTURED

 On Feb. 5, 2003 at 9:50 a.m., members of the FBI Birmingham Fugitive Task Force apprehended Woodall.

Francisco G. Miranda -- Criminal Homicde 

 Wanted for a 1994 Homicide after an argument with the victim in a parking lot.
