Coverage Area
The Stroud Area Regional Police Department covers all calls
for service within the municipal boundaries of East
Stroudsburg Borough, Stroudsburg Borough, and Stroud
Township, with the exception of the Interstate highway and
the East Stroudsburg University campus. This does not
necessarily include all mailing addresses in the East
Stroudsburg and Stroudsburg postal delivery area. The
Pennsylvania State Police, at the Swiftwater barracks,
covers all calls for service on Interstate 80 and PA Rte.
33. East Stroudsburg University Police Department covers
calls for service on the University property.
